Before we begin your request for new service, we need to gather some information about the type of account and services you need. Then we will gather some personal identification information and service location details needed to submit your service order.

As you fill out the forms, some items will be required. These will be marked, *, to indicate a required field. You will not be able to progress to the next step without this information.

Service Premise Information

Please type your address using the following order - Street Number, Street # Suffix, Street Prefix, Street Prefix Separator, Street Name, Street Suffix, Street Post Direction, Apt/Unit/Suite.
Example 1: 64 E Walnut St
Example 2: 60 N Cleveland St
You must type at least 5 characters. Do not alter the address once selected.

*If you are attempting to backdate your transfer, please contact Customer Service.
*If no matching Service Address is found below, please contact Customer Service at askutilitybiling@westerville.org or 614-901-6430.

A refundable deposit will be required for residential and commercial consumers who rent or lease the premises in which electric service is provided. The deposit may be waived if the consumer has a history of no credit infractions with the City of Westerville or as evidenced with a recent credit history report from another utility.
